By subjecting this registration form to the Stallion sports club, I subscribe to participate in interior and exterior activities organized by the club. I agree not to make any claim and to keep the club in no way responsible, its officers and its directors for any incident who could cause loss, damage or bodily damage caused by direct or indirect participation in the said activities. As a recorded member, I recognize that the sweater is loaned by the Stallion sports club, and I agree to give it to the club on request. Do not return the sweater or put it back in poor condition, this will cause additional costs of $ 75.00. These compensatory costs for the lost or damaged sweater are payable to the club. I have read the instructions and regulations established for the practice of volleyball or basketball, issued by the federal, provincial and municipal authorities as well as those stipulated by the administration of the Stallion sports club.
